1. To conduct an audit of the company’s financial reports prepared according to national standards for 9 months and the end of the year in 2022 according to international auditing standards (IAS).
2. Assess compliance with the recommendations of the corporate governance system and corporate governance Code of the society by the end of 2022.

Requirements:
• Organizations with 3 years of experience in providing audit services based on international and national standards;
• Offer to participate in the competition with the estimated price of the services provided by the participant;
• A copy of the relevant license;
• Information related to the organization (work experience in the field, number of auditors, membership of international organizations, organization’s largest clients), including a copy of the certificate of state registration.
• A copy of the professional level certificate, international certificates;
• Copy of insurance policy and other information.
